Warranty
At Dansani, we stand over our products. This is why we, in addition to consumer rights legislation, offer 10 years warranty on our bathroom furniture and shower solutions*.
WHAT IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?
Our products are produced in accordance with best practice and international standards. Surfaces in wood, porcelain and glass have natural variations in their finish, which are part of the character of the material, and are not considered product defects if they meet the current quality and tolerances set out in Dansani's specifications.
Basins with 10-year warranty
Countertop basins and basins
Furniture with 10-year warranty
Worktops, vanity units, drawers, drawer fronts, storage cabinets, cabinet doors, mirror cabinets, wall cabinets, shelves, doors, tall cabinets, handles, support legs, hinges, soft-closers and drawer runners
Shower solutions with 10-year warranty
Glass, hinges, brackets, profiles, rails, knob style handles, shower trays, enclosures, hooks, shower corners, rollers and guide rails
Mirrors, power and lighting with 10-year warranty
Mirrors with and without lighting options. Ceiling lights and pendant lights. Light sources in cabinets and drawers
Accessories with a 10-year warranty
Make-up mirrors without lighting, wire baskets, towel racks, wooden trays, hooks, shelves and squeegees
Accessories with a 5-year warranty
Heated towel rails and make-up mirrors with lighting
WHAT IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?
The warranty requires that the product is installed in accordance with the enclosed installation instructions. Dansani is not responsible for damages or defects due to incorrect fitting or installation. If the product is deemed to be faulty, please supply us with documentation before installation, as the warranty is void if the product is installed. Plumbing and electrical installation must be carried out by qualified professionals and be in accordance with current regulations.
The warranty requires that the maintenance instructions have been followed correctly. No replacement will be issued for faults caused by incorrect or improper maintenance, altered furniture or unsuitable use. Please be aware that the warranty is void and the risk of moisture damages increases, if alterations are made to the construction and/or the design of the product.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY?
We recommend that the enclosed maintenance instructions are read thoroughly and followed carefully, ensuring only recommended cleaning products are used to ensure that your products remain beautiful for many years to come.Â
The warranty does not cover any costs from third parties or items not delivered by Dansani. Any other costs must be covered by the installation company's insurance or by the consumer’s own insurance. The warranty does not cover consumables. See the chart below.
* Our extended product warranty applies for products purchased after 01/01/2021. For products purchased before this date, a warranty of 5 years applies.
NO 10-YEAR WARRANTY
Only a 1 year warranty applies to the following.
Removable traps, overflow rings, collars, overflow pipework, basin wastes and overflow kits
Replaceable electrical components, e.g. LED drivers. Lighting in operation outside of usual use. Usual use is defined as 4 hours daily
Sealing strips, magnetic seals, plinth seals, floor profile sets and PVC seals
Rubber seals on squeegees and care products
